And then, I noticed there was an exit out of it -- it was far away, but I was like, 'maybe I can make this wave...' I didn't really think I was gonna make it the whole time until I made it out. That's the kind of feeling I live for -- and to have my name to be on the best wave of the winter is an honor, it's a dream come true." But one wave does not a winter make. And as is tradition, we spent the entire North Shore season with multiple lenses pointed firmly at all the action at Pipeline, Backdoor and Off-the-Wall, captured the best of the best and then sat down the standouts. |
