Movie Details
Synopsis Stublen (The Wrong Side, Knee High) and Townsend expand their tradition by featuring Ben Bourgeois, Jesse Hines, and other East Coasters in far-from-home locations including France, Australia, California and Coast Rica. The filming and editing qualities of Destined are admirable and the various pop, punk and rock songs complement the high flying, deep gauging action nicely. Asher Nolan, especially, goes berserk in an assortment of conditions, displaying his world class prowess. Contrary to the name however, Destined may become first choice for groms to use as a training film on how to do the biggest and best skate board turns on their surfboard. -S.B.
